At Perfume Store, we want you to find your signature scent with complete confidence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused fragrances within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure the Fragrance

Carefully pack the perfume in its original, cellophane-wrapped box and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate cushioning to prevent breakage.

Label and Ship

Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our specialists verify the item is unopened and in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
